Making the Most of SagatiCoach.

Work through these in order and you'll arrive at your first session ready. Your progress is saved on this device.

  1. First week setup

    Open your invitation and create your account

    Your coach emails you an invitation. Select Accept Invitation, then Continue on the Welcome to SagatiCoach screen.

  2. Complete your profile

    Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email, Position and Password, then select Continue.

  3. Complete the COS assessment

    Around 15 minutes. Work through the statements on the response scale and select Submit. This creates your baseline and unlocks your dashboard.

  4. Review your Wisdom, Love and Power dials

    Your COS indicator dials are dynamic and evolve as you go. Wisdom is clarity and strategic thinking, Love is trust and connection, Power is agency and execution.

  5. Read your COS Report and save your COS Reflection

    The report shows your activators and barriers. Add your COS Reflection underneath it and remember to select Save.

  6. Set your Coaching Intentions

    A clear declaration of what is important, meaningful and worth the effort. You and your coach can revisit it any time.

  7. Your first session cycle

    Complete your Pre-Session Reflection

    Open Sessions, complete the reflection, review your pre-session insights and notes, and use the visibility toggle to choose what your coach can see.

  8. Join your first session with audio and camera on

    From Sessions, select Join, then turn on your microphone and camera controls. Keep your notes open to capture insights as you talk.

  9. Complete your Post-Session Feedback Reflection

    Straight after the session, note what resonated, what is shifting and how you will carry it forward. Then review outcomes and breakthroughs, analysis and predictions, and your notes.

  10. Create your first experiment and review your Insights

    Turn one thing you noticed into a small action with milestones, then look at Insights to see the patterns Sage is drawing from your activity.
